To Watch

This was a great documentary about Buck Brannaman, a real life Horse Whisperer. It was so good that Shane and I have been talking about it ever since we watched it (Shane even watched it a second time).  I know what you're thinking, "Horses?"  but trust me this is worth your time.  Lots of parenting and life wisdom to be gleaned.

I'm sort of in love with Jack Johnson's music.  And when I heard this song yesterday I swooned a little.  A sweet tune about Christmas morning with his son. 

Spelling

Sage and I had a chat recently about what to do if you're the first one up in the morning:

1. Under NO circumstances do you wake mom or dad. 

2.  Find something quiet to do and wait for the first riser.

This morning she was up bright and early and she found herself something quiet to do...she did a Google search that I found up on the screen when I sat down at the computer:

Did you get that?  "Sad casols"
