I Left My Heart in San Francisco
A few weeks ago Shane and I flew up to SF for a chiro seminar. Great seminar and a beautiful day. The gorgeous day won out in the end; we ditched the seminar early with Shane's dad and headed to our former home, Mill Valley, just over the Golden Gate Bridge. We hiked our favorite hike (Tennessee Valley- 2 miles that leaves you at a beautiful beach) then headed back into the city for some grub. We did the tourist thing and had clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf and enjoyed all the characters roaming the streets...the Bush Man, the musicians, and the old (very old) man rollerblading along to the music.
We almost missed our plane and had to run for the gate but it was all worth it. We came home exhausted but so, so happy...amazing what a bread bowl and beautiful sights can do for two souls weary of OC.
