After completing chiropractic school he took his state boards in order to become a full-fledged, licensed chiropractor; they were long and difficult. Once he finished he had to remain at the testing site until everyone was finished (to prevent cheating). Shane brought a copy of Les Miserables to read during the long wait...the unabridged version....1500 pages (in case you wondered). It remains one of his favorite books to this day.

Ahh, cute post! Well, I love Shane because he's great at what he does. Seriously. I can think of two occasions specifically where I literally could barely walk because of my dumb back, then he performs his miracles in like 2 seconds flat and I can function again :)
